How we choose to live is a direct reflection of our love of self.
Food was never just food to me.
From the beginning — long before the science had language for what I was already doing — I understood food as the most direct, honest conversation a person could have with themselves. What we choose to put into our body is an act of self-love or self-abandonment. There is very little in between.
This understanding has been the beating pulse behind everything I have built, taught, cooked, formulated, and offered for nearly three decades.
The Culinary Chapter
My formal relationship with living food began in 2003, when I became sous chef to the only gourmet raw food delivery service on the East Coast — serving the entire tri-state area, delivering handcrafted, organic living food directly to people's homes and health food stores. At the time, nothing like it existed. We were building something from scratch, in a landscape that hadn't caught up yet.
That foundation was everything.
From there I went on to become one of the early voices of the raw and regenerative food movement in the United States — developing and formulating some of the first organic, raw, and superfood-based products carried nationally by Whole Foods Market, including The ONE Fudge Raw Chocolate Bar, Sun & Moon Organics, and Avatar: A Superfood Snack for The Hero in You. All fair trade, non-GMO, and uncompromisingly organic.
The kitchen became my stage:

Years of NYE catering for CoSM — the legendary art sanctuary in New York — where handmade raw gourmet food and my specialty chocolates fed artists, visionaries, and seekers ringing in the new year

Weekly private delivery menus for an exclusive clientele who understood that what arrived at their door each week was not a meal — it was a protocol

Food was always the entry point. It still is.
The Science That Followed
When you spend decades watching food change people — not just their bodies, but their clarity, their relationships, their capacity to trust themselves — you start asking deeper questions.
Why does living food do what it does at the cellular level? What is actually happening in the nervous system when a woman finally nourishes herself without guilt or override? How does biological coherence relate to the decisions we make, the patterns we repeat, the leadership we inhabit?
Those questions led me into regenerative biology, functional and cellular nutrition, anatomy and physiology, nervous system regulation, somatic intelligence, applied psychology, NLP, executive coaching, and Landmark Forum training.
Not to collect credentials. To understand what I was already witnessing.
My early foundation as a trained dancer and certified personal trainer had already attuned me to the body as an intelligent system — one that communicates precisely when we learn to listen. Everything that followed simply deepened that attunement.
Since 2003 I have remained at the epicenter of the most cutting-edge forms of healing available — through continued study, proximity to the practitioners and scientists actively advancing this science, and two decades of applied work with real people navigating real lives. This is not theoretical. It is lived, tested, and refined continuously.
For years I have educated senior professionals — physicians, PhD-level researchers, and practitioners — on regenerative health principles, biological communication, and whole-system patterns of vitality.
The Philosophy Behind All Of It
To know where our food comes from and how it is grown has the potential to bring a deep awareness both to the self and to our impact on the Earth.
I have always believed that what is great for the body is great for the mind — and great for the spirit. These are not separate conversations. They never were.
When we make the choice to nourish ourselves fiercely and honestly, we don't just change our own biology. We change what we model for our children. We change the quality of our presence in every relationship. We change our relationship to the planet itself.
Food is the quintessential, alchemical key to total transformation. Not a diet. Not a protocol. A relationship. The most important one most of us have never been taught to tend.
